How do you have dead spots? Its been so rainy in Texas that I have to double check every other day just to make sure I didn't move to Seattle in my sleep.

You moved here on the backend of several years of drought. We still have dead vegetation everywhere that is slowly returning to green with this heavy rainfall this spring.
