Is the game on at 8 because of TV?

Yes. Most weekday ASN games are at 8 PM. Makes for a long day for guys like me but its ok. No I will not be there. My lifelong "unwritten" ban from all things Big South continues. I have never measured up I guess because I have tried on many occasions to get Big South work. They did let me work for free the past 2 seasons in the Big South Tournament so at least there is that This year I thought I would get the ASN games but they vetoed ASN and named their own announcers. Lepler and Ross do a great job though. Lepler is a Coastal Carolina employee I believe and my man Ross just does his own thing working as a caddy in the off season. He is a lot of fun to be around.

FYI I'll be in Tennessee on Thursday for ASN calling Tenn St @ Tenn Tech then I head to Philly next week for a game in the old neighborhood at LaSalle!

Thanks. I was just curious its seems we always play 7 o'clock games. I do like the 5 o'clock start time we had at Longwood at their place. It makes sense especially when schools are so close to each.
