The press box was huge before renovation to the president's box. Now it's barely big enough to fit 10 working people, and the game ops people are right in front of you, blocking views during games. Very frustrating.
Eventually that whole area will be The Presidents Box.

upon further review our seating capacity is far below the MAC, Sunbelt, and CUSA at our current levels
we are only larger than
1 of 13 in CUSA
1 of 11 in Sunbelt
0/13 in MAC

We do a little better with AVG. Attendance where we are larger than:
3 of 13 in CUSA
4 of 11 in Sunbelt
5 of 13 in MAC

I was actually working on an update for the site, but maybe I'll just hold onto it for now. 8)

And if I was just Joe Blow poster no one knows, I would tell you exactly what I know, but I can't do that. I just wanted to correct something I posted last night that has changed.

Fair enough. It just gets under my skin sometimes but I can understand where you are coming from. You guys do good work it was just a quick reaction. Thanks for the explanation.

That makes sense as well. I think part of the plan originally was also to have a club level room similar to the "Baptist side" where you could host events, wedding receptions, etc. and of course club level amenities during home football games

Can we all just take a moment to appreciate that this is ONE sentence! I'm a weirdo who loved diagramming sentences in school, but even Cider would struggle with this one, I think.

I tend to use ellipsis a lot due to operating in a stream of consciousness with a lot of my posts.
WTF
The 4 prominent stream of consciousness writers:
1. William Faulkner
2. James Joyce
3. Virginia Woolf
4. BJ Williams :typing

Once I start a post, I just let the whole thought flow (didnt they teach stream of consciousness in your English classes medic? I think Jon at least understands the concept). usually I dont think about commas and periods when im in a stram of thought so I just break it up with the ellipsis

Claiming stream of consciousness and justifying ellipsis on a message board is pretentious and using big words to compensate for a lack of substance among other things

That's why 90% of your posts make absolutely no sense. You're a grown man and don't take the time to formulate a complete thought. You just talk to talk.

If you're going to take the time to reply, at least take the time to edit yourself and make sure it makes sense.

With all that said, I go back to my original point, which I am aware is being repeated.

I understand JLFJR and JB wanting to hold the line as far as the next stage of expansion (although from what manson said, we need to stay tuned on that), but we do have 2 major events coming up in a few years: the 50th anniversary of Liberty University and the 50th Commencement exercises. One would think that, in light of these events, that they would want the football stadium to be one of the highlight facilities to show off during those events. They would be planning to have at least stage 2 done before that, FBS invite or not dont you think?

With all due respect, BJ, I think it already is. I can't imagine any alumni coming back after 50 years and not be absolutely impressed with our current football facility. Compared to our Treasure Island days and our City Stadium days, Williams Stadium is a palace, a cathedral for football.

I have to give you points for originality on this one. The hybrid username joke has run it's course.
