During the season recap with Alan York, Turner Gill speaking of the O-lIne development praised coach Dennis Wagner and said, "We want to make sure that we hang onto him."

I hear a hint of possible coaching changes on the horizon.

I don't know if this has been covered in a different thread but with LU's recent successes which football coaches might get offers to move to other schools?

Robert Wimberly's award as the American Football Coaches Association's FCS Assistant Coach of the Year certainly raises his profile.

Your thoughts?

I think you have named the 2 who would be in the greatest demand. In both cases, I doubt they would leave LU for another assistant coaching position at the FCS level. I suspect Wagner has had his fill of the pressures of being a HC, but possibly could be a candidate for an OL assistant at a major college or even the NFL. I believe Wimberly would be more tempted by an opportunity to be an FCS HC. He is certainly more qualified/prepared than Mike Minter was.

Brad Pitt didn't want Jennifer A. I'd take her. If I wasn't married. And she actually knew who I was. And she liked me. And she didn't mind making exponentially more than me.
