Because I'm a bit of a football nerd and I constantly browse CFB history data every so often I found this little nugget of info pretty cool. As of today Liberty holds an all time record of 226-216-5. The program has not had a winning record overall since 1980. In Liberty's final game of the 2012 season, the flames under 1st year head coach Turner Gill beat VMI 33-14 in Lexington, VA to bring the Program Record to 209-208-5. That was the first time since 1980 that the Flames have had a winning all time record. Since then the record has never slipped below .500. Thanks to BearlyDoug and his site GridironHistory.com for the info. http://gridironhistory.com/history/Liberty.html

That's a neat note. I actually worked that game as Sparky, and I remember that game being insanely boring. Didn't Pat Kelly set a few records that day too?
