That's a change from 2005 NCAA then...basically it said the same thing, but it said artificial noisemakers and bands were not allowed to play WHILE THE GAME WAS IN PROGRESS....I guess they closed the loophole by adding that the noisemakers will be taken away

That's funny because at VMI today the band a few other people just play all through out the opponents free throws!!!! It was pretty funny
