It's a MAJOR new traffic pattern in a busy area that has been unchanged for a long time. Say whatever you want about Lynchburg (or Virginia) drivers, but this fender-bender hardly proves your point.

This is a big deal IMO. This is a boost to the Youth Ministry folks. A boost for those who love camps and could/should be THE destination for church Youth Groups across the region.

It'll be a great camp, but I can't help but feel bad for the guys at The Master's Inn. Funny thing is Jim Rebsamen used to be the camp director there.

I was on campus for the first time since 2007 yesterday and all I can say is

It was almost like it was my first time on campus. Very impressive. I hope all of the SB presidents have been up to see it! Even saw "Number One Fan" picking up trash at the stadium!

Meanwhile on Liberty Mountain, the Chancellor/President/HMFIC throws himself off a platform, undoubtedly as a result of the fact that that powerhouse Sun Belt Conference rejected us because we are a diploma mill

It looks like most of the single story dorms on the "circle" are being gutted. Anyone have the skinny on them being torn down? Will 7 be torn down soon too?

They should keep one and turn it into a type of Museum / Time capsule

I don't sinerely believe any of us who lived in the circle dorms hold any sentimentality to thos decaying structures. Dorm 7 in particular should have been the first to go.

Many of the old single-story dorms are being gutted and turned into temporary science labs and music practice rooms, since both the science building and fine arts building will be torn down this summer.

This isn't insider information, since it was mentioned in convo toward the end of the semester.

I have way more sentimentally toward 7 than I should. Despite some of my issues with the school, those were 3 of the best years of my life.
