Just spoke with my source at jmu, the board meeting tomorrow has an athletic portion but there is zero plans to discuss realignment. Their plan is to remain caa until MAC invite. What that means for us is unknown.

JLFJR was in Auburn AL today or at least his private jet was. Any speculation on why he would fly to Auburn? I guess it could have been non athletics related.

Maybe he's buying an offspring of War Eagle VII for a new pre game entrance! How awesome would it be to have the team led out by a huge bell being rung a la Purdue's big drum and an Eagle soaring over head. You can't symbolize 'Liberty' more than that!

This may sound crazy..... But what if the SEC did want a private school ?? The NCAA is clearly doing nothing to stop unionization of players and I believe the SEC would probably suffer the most right?? What if the SEC was being proactive by adding a private school so they created a loop hole to force exemption from any player unionization!?!?! Just a possible theory

It does sound crazy. The SEC already has a private school name Vanderbilt in its conference.

Not a good sign that a plane from Ark. St flew to JMU. On the same day their having their bov meetings. I would imagine that was a presentation of what the SB has to offer.
