VCU has no one but themselves to blame for that loss. Four missed FTs in the last minute of regulation. Closed out to the body instead of the shoulder. Closed out too hard when a hard closeout wasn't needed. If SFA had just made the three without a foul. VCU would have been up one with three seconds left. if VCU just inbounds the ball successfully the game is very likely over.

Thursday and Friday were awesome. So far today's game have been a snoozefest. I actually switched off the Louisville game in the first half to watch college lacrosse because I was literally about to fall asleep watching it. Louisville certainly doesn't look the part of a team that was allegedly underseeded. At least the teams are scoring in the Michigan game...

Not a good weekend so far for the name freshmen, programs, and coaches.

Duke now has the record for most losses to double-digit seeds when seeded #1-3.

Boeheim has the record for most losses to a double-digit seed with 6.

Bill Self with yet another premature exit. Now has four losses to double-digit seeds. Bill Self wants to break Boeheim's record apparently.

Ohio State refuses to play Dayton regular season, naturally loses to them first round.

Kentucky probably loses to Wichita State, but at least the loss isn't mostly unexpected, if it happens.

Well that was a heck of a game between Kentucky and Wichita. Great performance from Andrew Harrison considering he wasn't sure he would even be able to play until warmups. Cleanthony Early was unreal! That was championship quality basketball played between those two teams.
