Now, with that said, I believe he does need to make a move with DL. 5 years is plenty of time and he is below .500 in those years. RD is NEVER coming back. He is in real estate now. If he was such a good coach LBL, then why is he in Real Estate. I am starting to wonder if LBL is RD?????!!!

I like Barber, personally and professionally. Yes I would have liked to see us win a few more outright championships in the "big 3" sports (football, basketball and baseball...for sake of this discussion I am not going to include women's basketball) but that said I dont think removing him would be the thing to do.

If any change is going to be made, it will be in the individual sports. Everyone else, save you LBL, has either mentioned at least one person that is worth considering in this situation, or made some substantive contribution to the discussion of possible candidates. You sir, are the only one who hasn't made any significant contribution to the topic at hand.
