I don't think it's longevity that makes someone a troll or not. I think it's what's said. If you're on the message board of a team you're not a fan of, you're there to troll.
Yes, that's all I'm here to do - troll Liberty fans by saying I'm glad the Big South is finally putting CCU/LU as the last game of the season. That's some legendary trolling right there.
I think they are confused at what a troll is. I have never viewed you as a troll. I am sure that makes your day!

Sorry, my mistake. I thought this site was called FlameFans and part of FlamesNation. It may not be hardcore trolling but it is what it is. Just the same if I went over to Coastal's forums and started posting about how cool Liberty is, I too, would be trolling.

As a 49er fan, if I went to a Carolina fan forum and started posting about how the Niners are going to beat them, that would be trolling. It is what it is.

...right, saying with a " " that I "look forward to CCU beating Liberty this fall" is a troll. And since that one comment is what my post was entirely about, and is also what all of the posts I've ever made here on FlameFans have ever been about - I'm just trolling.

It couldn't possibly have just been a friendly rib at LU fans. Definitely trolling.

I don't think you quite understand how the Internet works. Image

There is a difference between friendly banter and trolling. I always enjoy when fans of other schools we play come on here to have friendly conversation. It is fun. It is the one's that come on here only to bring up how much they hated Jerry Falwell that are the real trolls.

Or the rather angry bunch of Kansas folks who came around right after Coach Gill was hired...now that was some ugliness right there

Again, we only get 2 home conference games in the fall. Overall currently, we have only four home games total (CCU, PC, UNC-Charlotte, Wofford) and seven on the road (LU, CSU, Monmouth, Wake Forest, Furman, Citadel, VMI). Even if we schedule a cupcake for home game number five, a pretty tough slate. If we can put together schedules like this every year, and for example the fine slate y'all have in place, and the other conference schools follow suit, then getting two teams into postseason play should be the norm from now on.

Thanksgiving Weekend is usually when 'Rivalry Week' happens. It is also usually the last week go the season. Since we don't usually play Thanksgiving weekend we have it the last week of the season. So what's the big deal? I think its a great move.

That makes the most sense to me. we will be coming off the App State game, and get some rest before hitting the conference schedule.

Next year's might be sooner barring any conference changes. I believe we already have 10 games scheduled.

We could still have changes to the 2014 schedule in the coming months based on realignment and any better DI home date option on September 13th.

Unless there's realignment, that Brevard game isn't coming off the schedule. They looked hard to try to replace that game, but couldn't find any takers for either a one-off trip to Lynchburg or a home-and-home.

By my count, two non-conference games remain to be scheduled for 2015. One more league game and an 11-game schedule leaves only five non-conference games that year.

1. West VA
2. Georgia State
3. Montana
4. "mysterious FCS team return trip"
5. TBD

That's what I've got. Is 3 or 4 being moved?
