Is he trying to throw the election? This isn't something you would normally come outright and say publicly in VA, at least not before the election.

It plays well in NOVA Charlottesville and Richmond. So from a population density issue it plays great

Nova and Cville, maybe, but Richmond I doubt. Don't know if it will sink him, but this is a losing issue.

He promised Virginia an auto plant and many thought it would go to the Berry Hill Mega Site near Danville, but he choose Mississippi. Now I guess he's backing out on them?
