All that said, my issue with you comes from your trying to go around what I am trying to put in place as my league's commissioner, and when I am in charge of something, I am very particular about making sure the rules and/or process I have or put in place is followed.
One other thing, I believe the principle behind the last shall be first verse, comes from the idea that the person who puts the needs of others ahead of their own desires and, in humility (though not necessarily meaning that you have to go about it as a weak kneed milquetoast), willingly places themselves as least for the betterment of their brethren, and in so doing, God blesses their humility and they are honored in heaven (and sometimes on earth) for it
