Would not the second place finisher from regular and post season get a bump? That's the rules. That's how it goes.

If you want to get out of the C-League, do your research, draft well, take care of your team and either win the regular season or the playoffs this season so you can move up (or hope that the regular season champ beats you in the championship game).jinxy wrote:I finished second in regular season and playoffs. "hey who wants to be commissioner?"
"i'll do it"
"its yours, you also now have the ability to make decisions for everyone else!"

I can't remember how we decided which teams move up. Is it Regular Season champ and Playoff champ or top 2 playoff teams?

I think we agreed to regular season champ and playoff champ (or playoff runner up if both champs are the same team)

We ended up promoting 4 and relegating 2, but that was 2011 but that's where the idea came from.

so let's come up with the promotion/demotion rules before the playoffs. What are our choices?
Promote 2, demote 2?
Obviously bottom 2 of A move down
1. Regular season champ, post season champ move up
2. League champ and runner up move up
3. League champ and most points move up
Or we could promote 3, demote 1 with similar rules or we could demote anybody who is not active in A league with similar rules to above. Any ideas?
