Verdict has been reached but not yet announced. I'm guessing manslaughter or a hung jury.

Edit: Color me pleasantly surprised. Zimmerman was a putz in the situation but the jury handled the law correctly.

And now out come the crazies. Who are these idiots with the Revolution signs? Please
And that was a big dude in the blue shirt hugging Zimmerman.

Did any one else see the guy yelling into the camera with a huge coozy sleeve over his large can of beer? Too funny.

Edit: C'mon Fox, I want to hear from the parties involved not your talking heads.

I know you are an emotional kind of guy, but don't you think blaming Sly is going a little too far?

Oh I'm sure he has his beady little claws behind it somehow. We all know he is a Junior member of the illuminati

Huff Post Chicago wrote:While the nation was fixated on the trial of George Zimmerman, who Saturday was acquitted in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, many were left wondering when the media would tell their similarly tragic stories of lives lost to gun violence.

Over the duration of the trial, over 50 people's lives came to an end in shootings in Chicago alone -- many of them black and many of them teenagers, just like Trayvon.

So after having no comment, which is the correct response, POTUS went out of his way to say stupid things about this today. I'm sure it's somehow calculated but all I can do is just shake my head in disbelief. Talk about sicking your nose in something that is way below the dignity of your position. He really seems to be the worst case scenario president.

PBo has no idea what life is like for the average black. That's what makes it so laughable.

If anyone is interested in rallying, two marches are scheduled in Lynchburg today (Saturday) according to the local paper:

1. Courthouse Rally at high noon--1101 Court Street. An extension of the "Justice for Trayvon Martin" campaign launched by the Rev. Al Sharpton.

2. Monument Terrace Rally (downtown) from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Organized by local business owner Latiesha Cook.

Because the verdict really impacts us here in Lynchburg....
