If you havn't see it yet, I would highly recommend this film to any sports or history fan: Jackie Robinson's historic 1947 season comes to life on the big screen.

So you have time for a movie but not for Johnny Cash

It's ignorant because I'm not sure how the two are related. Why would I deny Robinson didn't face troubles when he first arrived? No doubt he did. Although I am sure the movie oversensationalized it but I honestly haven't seen it. Racism was much worse in the Ty Cobb era than in the 40's, but once again that's not to take away from the fact that it segregation was an unfortunately reality at the time.
