I actually think about 6,000 with suites and another 1,000 in dividable convention rooms would be good for the Sears location if LU is only going to rent it for basketball & volleyball games, and the city use some kind of group for concerts.

Then LU could add the upper deck to the vines and use it specifically for convo.

I realize the practice facility will be attached...and the basketball teams can still practice at the practice facility...but I like that idea.

I think it would help basketball attendance. There really isn't much parking near the vines.

That way parking isn't as much of an issue at the mall,and 6,000 is still enough for the basketball games.

I don't know why, but the practice facility never crossed my mind. Wonder if that throws a kink into anything.
