Liberty in talks with Sun Belt

We hoped that they were talking, but it's significant that they decided to go public with the fact they're in discussions. It could be a preemptive move on Liberty's part to raise the ante and counter some of the JMU talk, or maybe they feel like they're close. Still, it's the first public acknowledgement from a Liberty University official, and that means something.

For J.B to go on the record with this means a couple of things.

1. He feels like or knows that we are the top choice to get the next spot in the Sun Belt.
2. We are moving out of the Big South within the next 3 months.

He normally stays pretty quiet on this kind of stuff.
