Isn't the first time this has been contested. Personally, I think the college is stupid for not having that domain purchased already.

He's not making any money on the site -- in fact, since the forums are gone, I'm not sure it gets any traffic at all. All he's doing is telling people about his experiences at the school. And I seriously doubt he'll settle with them.

I don't think PCCBoard got this kind of attention from the school. PCCBoard started when the folks at the Student Voice shut down the forum there (things were getting REALLY bad before they shut it down).

[edit] I forgot about this part of the drama.

Pete even offered PCC the option to buy back the domain name for the price of $75,000 either paid to him or the charity of his choice. They declined.
