You can't out run the Law!!!! But what if the law is aloud blades to run in?!?! Unlike the general olympic competitors.

He is highlighting the fact that this individual competes in track and field events while using special designed 'blades' on his legs, as he has no legs of his own. Further, they are trying to demonstrate their displeasure with the Olympic governing body for its allowance of said competitor to participate in sanctioned events with competitors that are not similarly equipped. His theory being that said attachments provide a competitive advantage.
