I ignore accuweather as a general rule anyway. They're just awful, even the human mets.

Yeah. It's hard to think of models as actual people. I mean how many real people look like that

Besides, even the models are around 6-8 for LYH. At least the 6z suite.

I mean 4-8 is still a good call. Sometimes it's right, other times it's way off. Just know that there's no human adding his own particular reasoning for what the models compute.

Latest GFS run has 10 for LYH, 12 for Campbell. I'm not ready to go that fat, but it's possible.

I just love weather. Always have since I was little.

You should partner with my buddy Will Stafford...he is actually getting his meteorologist certification and is a pretty big weather geek himself (and knows his stuff to boot)

My wife is on her way back to Lynchburg from Richmond, and she texted me a picture of them driving through a lot of snow around 3:30. Still nothing in Lynchburg but rain.

Airport is 35. It shouldn't be long. If it doesn't start snowing by 6pm, I'll lower it to 4-7.

Yeah... I should have waited another 20 minutes. Not more than five minutes after I complained, it started coming down. The roofs and cars are already white.
