I also am pretty biased with Red Hot and Blue, a Memphis joint that is found in NOVA, DC, and MD.I went to Q as well. I had actually seen them on TV. I think BBQ Pitmasters maybe. It was pretty pricey but it was pretty good. I don't want to put them down or anything but I guess I just had super high expectations. Dickey's is just ok. Their brisket is pretty good. The pork is nothing special. Their sausages are excellent. All in all, kind of what you'd expect from a chain. Just too expensive to justify any other day than Sunday when the kids are a free ride.
