It will be interesting when they look back at the replacement refs and compare the missed calls of the 'real' refs. The thing about the GB game was that it was reviewable and bang/bang. This one would have been reviewable but was a pretty easy call they just missed.

In real time it wasn't as obvious as some are asking now. It was the wrong call but in the heat of the moment I can understand why they let the play go. The biggest mistake was made by Schwartz.

Totally disagree with the first point. The officials got lazy
Totally agree on the 2nd part and like how he owned up to it.

It was a stupid mistake but the rule itself is completely ridiculous. I thought the point of replay was to get the call right. The NFL has some of the most illogical rules in pro sports.

If Schwartz hadnt of thrown the challenge flag (because the review would have come automatically), they WOULD have gotten the call right. He was right to own up to it, though. That play changed the complexion of the game because Houston was down 24-14 at the time and if that touchdown is overruled, its no guarantee they score later in the possession.

I am sure they would've and I am not at all saying Schwarts wasn't stupid in throwing the challenge flag, but it still doesn't change the fact that its a dumb rule.

Shocker, another elite QB carving through the Texans defense like they are Genghis Khan and the Mongols going on a conquest through Eurasia!

Through 2.5 games, Rodgers, Manning, and Brady have an 11:0 TD-to-INT ratio against the Texans D. Both Manning and Rodgers had well over 300 yards and Brady is on pace for that too.

That first quarter and a half was a nightmare. But adjustments were made and Brady can't even imagine a first down anymore. Sadly neither can Schaub.

Not until the 4th quarter. Ugh. What a horrendous night. Thankfully we probably won't have to plan on the road again in the playoffs. But last night's results means we probably won't get to rest our starters and extra week or two.

I think this proved that Houston, though good, is just not quite there. I am sure you could agree with that Sly

They stunk last night. I still believe they are the best team in the AFC. But I could understand arguments otherwise. Wish we didn't have to face Andrew Luck 2 of the final 3 weeks.

Talking about that I would love to see a Colts/Broncos matchup in the playoffs
