While I do agree this may have been an overreaction it very well may not have been. It is fairly obvious that someone put a good bit of work into this video, and he makes a good point about personal attacks. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but there is a right and wrong way to express it, especially as Christians. In my time reading and posting on this site there are personal attacks (feel free to replace attacks with a synonym to make you more comfortable) galore. Since when are personal attacks having a little fun? Yeah I get it, what seems like a personal attack to some doesn't to others, but lets just all keep in mind that inflection and tone of voice are rarely effectively communicated through text. We wonder and try to guess what in the world FBS conferences could find negative about LU, and IMHO they could easily read this site for a few weeks and see its own supporters pointing out negatives left and right, even if sarcasm is intended. (I'm not saying I think they do that)

We're not an SEC board. Isn't right to expect someone who doesn't know Christ to act as if they do. I'm fairly certain that most SEC boards have a fair amount more people involved who don't have a relationship with Christ than we have here. All I'm saying is that as Christian's, just as we need to consider God's will Mr. Haize, we need to step wisely and not tear others down solely for fun, or for making our opinions be heard. While it may be poking fun and sarcasm, as I mentioned tone of voice and meaning are rarely seen in text.

Based on the behavior of other Fan Boards compared to this, we are saints! What if someone gets offended because someone got offended? We can play that game all day. Some people are just super sensitive. If that is the case, or you aren't willing to give the benefit of the doubt about comments not being personal, then maybe a Message Board on Athletics is a place you should spend time.

C'mon dude. We all super appreciate all of the work that you do. We wouldn't have the access to Liberty athletics that we do without you. You've made some really, really good stuff and our broadcasts are really good. Everyone puts out a stinker occasionally. It hurts when people say that, but it's not an indication of how good you are.

May have been pointed out already, but final total for Gillville last night was 377, and Camp Hydaway will begin renting out tents this week. Won't be surprised if it hits 500 at some point this season. 2 years ago season high was roughly 30, last season season high was roughly 140, so students' are definitely buying in!

It is only open to current students with an active Flames Pass. For liability reasons the University can't open it up to those who are not students.
