Kevin has never redshirted at LU. He played his freshman year.

And with David Duran getting an extra year at Coastal in somewhat similar circumstances last year, there is some precedent for this to happen.

i was talking to JB at Flames Club today and he said it will be a matter of interpretation of the 30% rule by the NCAA. its not out of question for the petition to be granted.
