win or lose, I want to wake up on sunday without a voice! I was kinda disappointed with the home side of the stadium, pretty weak. However, the students showed up! (for a good portion).
To DO LIST FOR FRESHMEN

1) SHUT UP when we are on offense
2) SCREAM until you are light headed when we are on defense
3) DO NOT pull your keys out on 3rd down. (thats for a blow out in the fourth quarter)
4) DO EVER SIT under any circumstances*
5) WATCH the game, its not a social event when the ball is in play

15k+ for the opening night? What's up with that? Any students on the student section that saw the Baptist side? I thought it was pretty full? What the heck happened with that???

Good showing from the students and they did a great job as usual with noise and being just awesome.

I can't tell you how much I agree with you on this...If I can get my internship in the Liberty Athletics Department I'll be at every game trying to get BOTH sides on their feet. Still waiting to hear back from Liberty on the internship though.

Have to agree the stadium atmosphere left something to be desired. The music was subdued and almost non-existent. Could not hear the PA announcer very well at all.

Yeah, from Sly's posted pics of the stadium I can see what I could not see from sect 103. The home side was a lot "spottier" than it seemed from in the crowd, especially the upper deck.

Working on the vernacular here...so the "Baptist side"...we were sitting there with a number of other player family members around us. I was surprised by the number of people outside of player family members that don't stand up and don't get loud throughout the night. Our crowd was almost courteous and somewhat demur.
