In regards to getting an invite, everything will take care of itself. Liberty can't control its FBS destiny, but they can control its FCS destiny. Win the Big South and they're in the playoffs... However, as of right now, any win will do.

Hopefully we will win the Big South and make it into the playoffs, but a win in the playoffs with our current QB idk...

Ture B.J. Very true. Hoping to hear an invite very soon from the Sun Belt, MAC, or CUSA. Not in that order though! 1) CUSA 2) MAC 3) Sun Belt. I want Liberty out of the Big South and to a FBS conference in all sports immediately, but football first if that can happen more immediately.

Both will not happen so soon though and by getting back to the topic at hand I can report that I talked with Jeff Barber at the Wake game. He confirmed the WAC East deal is dead and nothing about invites or activity for Liberty changing will happen anytime soon. No smoke and mirrors or hiding anything like anyone else has moved up has done, but if it was I would be ok with it!!!! His body language confirmed no smoke and mirrors sadly though!!!!

Hope this makes sure that I have helped out with reporting news to this message board a bit.

I think it's between UConn, Louisville, G'Town or 'Nova. IMO, if the ACC knows for sure that ND will join at a later date, they will invite either UConn or Louisville. If they don't know, they may hold off on the #16 school. Now if they are pressed to invite someone, it will probably be between UConn or G'Town. If the football schools don't want UConn, and Maryland blocks G'Town, 'Nova may be able to get in under the last scenario given.... That's a lot of ifs!
