Anybody heard any news on this matter? I sure would feel better about the start of the season if we could settle on a QB. Two QB systems don't work in the long run. Chemistry with the receiving group along with the tight ends is a must. Just ask Peyton Manning.

Honestly at this point that doesnt tell us much. from the little Ive seen from the play of the day videos, it still looks like a pretty tight race even approaching the home stretch

Information was from rivals website. However The numbers are misleading. Point being both were rated about the same out of high school 2/3 stars. Whom ever wins the job I think we are in good shape at the QB position

I bet this frustrates the Wake Forest coaching staff scouting us even more than it frustrates us. :banghead

Lang's take on the quarterback situation:
Liberty football position outlook: Quarterback
Chris Lang | The News & Advance
Published: August 20, 2012
The original reason for postponing the Liberty quarterbacks outlook and putting it at the end of the positional preview rotation was that I was hoping we’d have some sort of idea who the No. 1 quarterback would be at the end of training camp.

But after Saturday’s camp-ending scrimmage at Williams Stadium, Flames coach Turner Gill said he still has not made a decision and will not make one until at least next week. The decision between Brian Hudson and Josh Woodrum might not come until game day on Sept. 1 at Wake Forest.

It’s not ideal, Gill admits. But he isn’t comfortable naming a starter until that player has earned it.

+1... Neither QB style is much different from the other... Wake is more concerned with unknown schemes that will be presented by a different coaching staff.
