FWIW I've been on planes before with the Panthers logo and one with the Falcons. I think they are just the commercial planes that teams will use for games, but the rest of the year they are in commercial use.

That was my first thought. But with the US Airway jet landing about 5 minutes before this one, I don't think it is the case
Plus, we STILL have no idea who or what was on that plane!!

Hmmm.... With all this WAC-E talk, maybe we've hit the big time and made our first aircraft purchase. 150 seats- just right for team travel to our new conference mates. They'll paint that bird to match the LU Transit buses, with some kind of stylized fiery eagle head on the tail. Heck- you could even fit a small one on those winglets!

Landed in Lynchburg today. Met the pilot, and he confirmed what someone else has mentioned. Huizinga's granddaughter goes to LU and gets free airfare. The 737? She was bringing a few friends to school and so they took the bigger plane. The G4 is sweet and it dwarfed the KingAir it was sitting beside.
