What's your take on The Crown vs McDonald's?

I've lived in Lynchburg 27 years, and that's the first time I have ever heard a GUY praise Farm Basket. That's worse than saying you like Panera. Somebody take away Logic's man card, please.

If "man card" means eating fast food and joining the 66% of Americans who are overweight, count me out, I'll give it up freely! Haize, you're a skinny guy, how about some love here?

I guess I'm #2. I think Farm Basket is a neat place. And the food has a unique flavor to it.

I dig Panera, too!

I am not saying Americans aren't unhealthy but there is no way that percentage is accurate. They simply keep changing the definition of overweight.

First you have to decide what defines over weight. By BMI measures LeBron is morbidly obese. Being healthy has a whole lot more to do with activity level then diet. Not saying diet isn't important but between the two activity is a better catalyst. Secondly, the way a filet is served at a place like Shoemakers is a whole lot worse for you then a Quarter Pounder at McDonalds, or a Chik-FIL-A combo meal. Finally, what are you looking to reduce? Calories or Cabs? Because if it is carbs, then bacon and eggs is the best breakfast you can have. But hold the OJ.
So, head over to your nearest man station and turn your card in. It will be replaced with the PAMedic Metrosexual Lapel Pin.

America is that overweight, and probably moreso. There aren't that many that are obese, but definitely those who are overweight. I'm the lightest I've been in 10 years and I'm still 40 lbs overweight. If I get to a "healthy" weight, it will be less than I weighed my last 2 years of high school when I was intentionally putting on weight for lacrosse.

Have you not been to a church in the last 20 years? That number might be on the low side.

New shopping center, where the old East Coast gas station used to be. To the right of Olive Garden.
There is a NEW shopping center? It's been longer than I thought then...

Farm Basket - ate there one time. The choice of sprouts on my sandwich while smelling potporri and listening to 03 granny one and 03 granny 2 talk about what ailes didn't appeal to me.

I used to rag on HMO for going to Panera, but I won't front - it's good. Of course, I go there maybe 3-4 times a year.

Chicken wrap from farm basket...you'll never eat Chipotle again. And the deck out back is great, little creek running through and so forth.
