In our FF.com league, Zimmerman is on the block if someone wants to trade for him. I realize he may catch fire soon but I have no use for him. I'd like pitching, but I'd also be willing to move Avila if I receive a catcher in return. I cannot trade him for a 1B, 2B, or OF. I have too many players at that position already.

Yeah... uh, I stunk this year.

Quite frankly I was just happy to get to the semi finals. Ever since Melky got suspended, my team had only one 2 out of its last 8 I think.

The .162 average is the worst week I've ever had in any league.

I think what happens is, lets say you only choose to keep two. You'll get two supplemental picks before the rest of us who keep 4 can draft.

If an owner chooses not to keep the maximum number of players allowed, they will draft a new player from the available pool once all keepers have been retained. For example, assuming a four team league with a maximum of three keepers, where two owners choose not to keep three players, a straight (not snake) draft will occur as follows:
1st round:
Adam obtains first of three keepers

Brian obtains first of two keepers

Chris obtains first of three keepers

Dave drafts a player from available player pool

2nd round:

Adam obtains second of three keepers

Brian obtains second of two keepers

Chris obtains second of three keepers

Dave drafts player from available player pool

3rd round:

Adam obtains third of three keepers

Brian drafts player from available player pool

Chris obtains third of three keepers

Dave drafts player from available player pool

4th round (regular draft selections for all owners):

Hello all! Well it'll be here before you know it, as catchers and pitchers officially report tomorrow.

So, I was wondering, would anyone propose any stat changes? Personally I'd like to go back to the system we had in 2011, I'd especially like to add Quality Starts back into the stat category. Also, I'd like to add OPS, so that walks aren't a wasted category, as they are productive.

Also, are there any additional players that want to play? I think we can do an expansion draft if necessary, but I'll have to check on that.

Third, be sure to select your keepers if you haven't done so already. You can keep up to four.

Lastly, we will figure out a draft date at a later date.

To all: Since we're above 12 teams, I'd like to do divisional play. I'll do a random hat draw to determine the divisions, and you all can approve it or shoot it down. Since we had 12 teams, 11 matchups and 22 weeks last year, we didn't need to. But with more teams, it would be more realistic.

Also: DL's have been expanded to three slots.
