Wow .. Niggli made us sweat it out w/bases loaded and no outs in the 9th, but comes through. Great win for the Flames!

Wow - so we lose to UGA on the road 5 - 3 then turn around and beat the #6 team in the country UNC 5 - 3... both away games. This is great for the team's confidence heading into the final stretch of the season.

Pretty cool listening to the UNC radio group talk as the game went on about how solid of a team Liberty was and that if they can get to a regional they are not a team that a host team will want to play. Great Win. Let's figure out a way to get the Sweep this weekend.

Huge win. Wish we could have held off Georgia too. Niggli tried to scare me in the 9th, but then pulled it out. Big statement win on the at large discussion. Need the sweep or atleast the series vs UNCA, then we will be in the top 25 for the first time in LU History.

I think coach Fox was surprised how good we were. I was also impressed how everyone spoke well of the LU team and they are correct, we did need this win.
