What a finish between Bubba and Oosthuizen. When Billy Payne awarded the jacket, it was a heart felt moment. Both my wife and I had tears. Great to see another Christian athlete rise to a national platform.

His approach on the second playoff hole was the stuff of legend. After no American won a major in over a year, American's have won the last two

Agreed on his approach shot. That was an incredible shot considering where he was and the pressure was on. All Oosthuizen had to do was put it up on the green and put it in until Bubba pulled that shot out of the trees

Never had a swing coach, his caddy almost left him because he was such a jerk on the course a few years ago.. he has been through some tough times, its nice to see him win.

Tiger Woods, Ricky Fowler and Bubba Watson are my favorite golfers. Naturally, I follow all three on Twitter and Facebook. If you don't, then here is what you don't know. Bubba and Ricky Fowler both put bible verses on their golf balls as their marker. Additionally, Bubba has been posting pictures of backstage passes to Lecrae concerts, bible verses and today he retweeted Rick Warren.

Here's the tweet: "Tru----------------RT @RickWarren: There is no pit so deep that God's love is not deeper."

I'm assuming from this that Bubba is a Christian. So, what am I getting at?

Everyone has been talking about Tebow coming to speak for Convo, and yes that would be cool. However, whether you love Tebow or hate Tebow, the difference between him and Bubba Watson is that Watson just won the biggest event of the year for his sport. I know he hasn't picked up the attention that Tebow received but how cool would it be to have Bubba speak at convo? He's becoming wildly successful, making millions of dollars and not getting away from the Word. If anyone here has any connection to anyone who has a say in the convocation speakers, here's my endorsement for Bubba Watson.

Is there any reason why I shouldn't be a fan of him?

I love golf...absolutely love golf. He's one of the best players ever, and I've been watching him since I was six. Not sure why I wouldn't be a fan but ok.

Really? You can't think of any reason to dislike Tiger?
