In today's modern technological age cant we find a better way to announce team meetings that cause discussion that in some instances is positive, but at the same time slight panic and curiosity by others?

I will personally come setup a system that will allow you to send a text message to 100 different people from a computer or just a simple email....either way, odd way to announce "private meetings"

Heck, Medic is capable of setting that up for them
