Only thing I have to complain about was that those stupid anti-abortion people showed up.

We got it. You hate abortion. We hate abortion. We agree. Cut it out already. Grrrr...

The defensive lapse ticked me off, but we figured it out.

THIS is the team that Rocco said was the "best team" he's had.

We need to keep seeing it!

Umm...wow...just got back from the game and even despite the things I posted leading up to this game, I was not expecting the kind of game I saw...to see a domination like that...against the number three team in the conference preseason and a ranked team to boot...I gotta agree with TTL...THIS is the team that we should have seen from the beginning. This makes the Charleston Southern game even MORE important now...because we are going to be extra hyped after back to back convincing wins (35-3 over Gardner-Webb and 63-27 tonight over Coastal) and we cannot let ourselves get so hyped that we fall asleep at the wheel on the Bucs (even if they are 0-6).

Two words: Total Domination. I was very impressed with how well the team played today. We played like a team. Cannot wait to see what this team continues to do in the BS. BTW, love that everything is quiet on Twitter and on Coastalfans. The same people that "made fun of Liberty" now think we are rude and unsportmanslike for scoring 63. This is the same team that scored 70 even though they only needed 10 to break the tie last year. Can't wait for their loud mouth mascot to say something too.

They brought the kitty cats, and we brought the DAWGS.

The thing that I noticed a lot was Hillary, until they turned the wick up near the end of the first half, really was using check downs a lot. I dont bring this up as a knock to TTL, but he really didnt "pick apart" the secondary...course when youre under duress you dont have much chance to do that...he threw a lot of short passes and screens, then he had the big pass for the TD at the end of the first half and the two passes in the third, but really...he kinda looked ordinary to me today, and considering both these guys were 1-2 in the conference and top 10 nationally in passer rating I was expecting quite an air show.

Picking apart means just dinking and dunking and picking apart our soft defense that drops very deep. He did that at times, and at others he was unable to.

Hillary isn't the reason CCU lost. He's going to be a problem for us if he stays healthy. He's a solid QB.

The boys played a great game. The execution was solid on both sides of the ball, and in all honesty there is little people can complain about. With that said I'm a professional complainer....so here we go.

1) The black looks terrible, and goes against our color scheme. It is simply black for black's sake and it looks like crap. The "Arizona Cardinals" look is also an eyesore. All Blue, blue/white or the red/white all took great. Stop playing "musical fashion statement."

2) Mike Brown is taking too many unnecessary hits. He needs to learn to slide to avoid hits, and the coaches ought to call his number less when were up 21 in the first half.

3) The last CCU touchdown brings back worries over that ridiculous "tiebreaker" over points allowed. Hopefully this won't come back to bite us.

Points aren't a factor in this year's tiebreaker. Nothing to worry about there.

How do 3-ways work?

What's your point? We just freaking killed Coastal and you want to make sure you are correct that Hiliary picked us apart. i was at the game and at no point did I think, "hey this guy is picking us apart" Stats don't state that.

When you have a team that drops deep like you said TTL, that should open up more plays over the middle part of the field (something Liberty did on a few plays, especially with Summers). Im not saying Hillary is why they lost...it was a total effort today, offense, defense and special teams (I think that was our first blocked kick for a TD in quite a while)

Sch14...I think road wins play into it somehow...Lang should have a clearer idea...if one could call an explanation of what goes on in Kyle Kallander's head clear...

Not taking the bait ... not taking the bait ... anyway:

Road wins in conference 1st criteria
Home wins in conference 2nd criteria
Some Sagarin formula is the third criteria.

I was supporting the fact that he wasn't the reason we lost, and that he is a solid QB.

BJ was the one who decided to call me out, I was defending myself.

And of course you didn't think that, that'd make me remotely correct.

BJ... Hillary had a good game. He was the reason they got anywhere near the end zone.

Why do you insist on calling me out post game over trivial things?

Can I go back and read all your terrible predictions over the years? No one is perfect.

All this is going to do is cause people to say "TTL why can't you just be positive" when I have been positive all day. It took me defending Hillary for 1 post for flamerbob to pounce and defend the "true fans"!

I apologize for the misreading. I thought you brought up the "picking apart".

Did you see Chauncy (the CCU mascot)? Even he was just shaking his head the whole game.

Anyways I've got no thoughts on this game, we dominated, for the most part. I know we should take it a game at a time, but let's not lie here, its all once again coming down to Stony Brook.

He certainly was. I loved the fact that they celebrated on the second TD like they tied the game. It was 42-14 at that point.

Some Sagarin formula is the third criteria.
Number of road wins, highest road win, or combined record of road wins?
