Hi everyone!
We just spent a wonderful weekend in Lynchburg!
We watched the ladies compete in their first fall tournament and they all did so well!!
The new courts and tennis complex are great.
We watched the matches from the balcony and it was really nice!!!
My husband and son explored the mountain bike trails and they had a Blast!
The Liberty Mountain Snowflex is amazing, what a fun place.
Our son snowboarded for the first time and did great!!!
The football game was exciting, we were sad the flames didn't pull out a win!
The stadium is fabulous and the spectators were so fired up!!!
It was a fun time for sure!
So much is happening on campus... it is just amazing.
We met lots of great people over the weekend and they all welcomed us and made us feel right at home. My husband and I are so pleased that our daughter is at Liberty!!!

Just had to share, we had a Wonderful, Great, Amazing weekend at Liberty University!

great to hear you enjoyed your visit and that the ladies did well. i read the article on libertyflames.com. The programs will continue to improve with the incredible facilities we have.

I also spent all Saturday on campus and I was impressed with the new Tennis facility as well as all of the improvements they made to all of the athletic facilities. I watched about an hour of Tennis and the team looked very good from what I saw.

Thanks... I have missed being on-line but I am so excited to be back!
The trip truly was amazing and yes the facilities are so nice. I especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking courts 1,2, and 3. I met the sports film crew from Option LU, a school of communication video program that is excellent. I met the athletic photographer...he was busy at the courts both Friday and Saturday, and I met some fans who just came out to enjoy the tennis. Stevev, I wish I had met you... so sorry that I didn't!!!
I think if the weather had been nicer this first tournament would have drawn a larger crowd but it was cool, windy and overcast.
