In 7 games as a quarter back in 2010, Black threw for 1 168 passing yards with 14 touchdown passes. He had 83 rushes for 5 rushing touchdowns. Black admits it was a too good of an opportunity to pass on. Last month when he was visiting the school, he threw 20 passes to head coach, Mark Ivey and was told he would be the starting quarterback for Naples. While he was lifting in the weight room, head coaches: Jim Tressel and Kirk Ferentz walked in.

Black's parents own a home 30 miles away for vacations but they will not join him when he goes to school in Naples. He will be renting an apartment across the street Naples high school.

Justin Black, 6'2, 200: Black played his junior season in Michigan and has transferred to Barron Collier in Naples. He has a big arm and should be a perfect fit in their offense. He has impressed thus far in camps and 7on7. He holds an offer from Western Michigan and several schools are watching him closely.

interesting tid bit......this kid's head coach at barron collier should know a decent amount about liberty. he's a 1991 (a year ahead of me) graduate of martinsville high school. coach mark ivey played his collegiate football at appalachian state.
