Wow...I thought the baseball thread was tough !!! At least I now know why the baseball coach is not under the microscope. Jerry Jr is too busy putting out the fires in and around the Law school. As an alum who has had a daughter graduate with high honors from the law school....it seems apparent that the leadership pattern of treating staff harshly on their way out the door continues to be a problem at Liberty. This is not a new reality. Doesn't make it right...but is hardly a new development.

Never heard my daughter ever question Dean Staver or his integrity. In fact she holds him in high esteem. I don't know if any of these facts are true ( have never even asked her about this).I will now though. I can tell you one thing...she would not have sat in those classes (and she was there in the times mentioned) in silence if she saw any injustice being meted out on her professors whom she loved dearly.

I am telling you that you don't know your daughter as well as you think....i am kidding. I am only posting what students have sent me and I take that they all have different experiences. Most say they just try and stay low where they aren't noticed.
