I have been told that Tyler has been invited to the Elite 11 Quarterback Camp. It takes more than just padded stats to score one of those invitations.

Latest update for you guys... This weekend is going to be HUGE for Tyler with Elite 11... Please keep him in your prayers as we communicate with as many college coaches as we possibly can. But again, if Liberty offers at ANY point, Tyler will be a Flame.

That's great intel, jarodmt. If he performs well at Elite 11 then he may have a slew of offers coming his way. It is always great to hear somebody state about a kid, "his heart is set on Liberty".

Two VERY important things to note:
1. This was our FIRST season playing football at this school. 6, 8, 11... NOTHING before this last year. Our total school enrollment is roughly 140 K4-12th and the majority are grammar students. The goal is to be at 11 man by 2015. Out of the 12 kids I had that played last season... two of them had played a combined 3 years of football before. Ever.
2. This highlight reel is in chronological order of the season.

Coupe updates for everyone:
Tyler underperformed at Elite 11 but ESPN liked him enough that they gave him an invite to the Nike Training Camp at Florida State next month. He is going to be dropping some baseball activities to focus on training.

His leaders list has changed a bit... South Alabama, Duke and Jacksonville (in order) now lead for him although I maintain my belief that if Liberty offers, he is likely to commit immediately.

Here is the camp list for this summer: Ohio State, Florida State, Alabama (all three just to get a look from the smaller schools in the area). Liberty, Duke, Vanderbilt.

As far as visits go for the summer that are confirmed: Jacksonville, East Carolina, South Alabama (we may be there for junior day next week as well), Vanderbilt and Duke.

Last week word leaked that Florida quarterback Tyler Hall would be visiting Duke three times in the coming months. You don't hear about prospects planning that many trips to a school so far in advance. Would it be safe to say Hall is highly interested in the Blue Devils?

According to Rivals, he is getting a high amount of attention from South Alabama, if that means anything. I also read in the article on Rivals that Duke, LU, and South Alabama are in his top three, so well see.

Tyler's spring game is tonight. He isn't expected to play more than 3-4 series in each half (vs two different teams.) We will leave immediately following the game for Tampa for the Under Armour Camp and Combine this weekend.

Here's his camp list for next month (we may add a couple in July but so far these are the ones he's registered for):
June 11 - Marshall
June 12 - Ohio State
June 17 - NC State
June 18 - Duke
June 20 and 21 - Liberty
June 23 - South Alabama

According to the most recent article on Rivals, Duke is #1 on his recruiting trail after his first visit there and were showing high interest. I wondering why were recruiting a pro style QB. Maybe he's like Tyler Brenen when we change up our offensive scheme for change?

Hey guys, just a quick tidbit... Tyler camped two days at Liberty and had a blast. Coach Streeter has developed a solid relationship with Tyler and we should know soon what his plans are. Tyler is hoping to get all his fall visits set soon. Only confirmed dates are for Duke/stanford weekend.
