Really? I could maybe see a 7 seed, but I don't see many teams in that field that I would put below them. They just didn't have any quality wins...

...aaand anyways, I think its funny dayton is the higher seed but has to play at the 6 seed college of charleston because of them not being able to play at dayton because of the first four lol.

Last year, illinois had to play at stony brook because cirque de soule (I know it spelled it wrong) was there.

When the posters on Coastalfans were talking about their potential seed, they were upset that it was looking like a 7 or an 8....I asked them to give me a legitimate case of why other teams should be below them...they never gave me one. I can't find a good reason why they should have been anything higher than a 7.

Coastal's only legitimate shot at a "quality win" in non conference came against Georgetown (NCAA team) and College of Charleston (NIT team)...they lost both. Other than that, their schedule was loaded with average to below average teams plus 4 non-D-I opponents. That isnt a recipe for a very high seed in the NCAA tournament OR the NIT.

Well, 50 was too much to ask...but a 24-point loss did enough to make me smile.
