Not to pick on your point olldflame but had we won a few games we should have, we'd be a 13 or 12 seed, and then doing damage would be a more likely possibility.

I mean, I understand your point, it's just beating a 3 seed will be much harder than a 5. I think you understand.

I agree there are 8-10 elite teams but there is another 15-20 programs a notch below. We would be very hard pressed to beat anyone in that second tier. It would be difficult to beat a 5 seed (Projected NC, Oklahoma, Iowa and Penn State) as well.
