Hi Everyone!!
The girls headed out today for West Virginia!
I am SO excited and wish the ladies great success!!!
Unfortunately, 3 of the ladies are sick (fevers and all).
Hoping that they are all feeling better by tomorrow night for the match against Appalachian State.
I will do my best to keep everyone posted.

Quick update:
The ladies match against Appalachian State will begin tonight at 7 p.m.
The match against West Virginia will be played Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m.
Of the ones sick, one is feeling better and two are still not feeling well
(not sure if they will feel well enough to play).
Coach has not yet announced the team line-up. I will post that when it is announced...
I will post the match results as soon they become available.

Oh by the way, the Australian Women's Final was GREAT, congrats to Kim Clijsters!!
Can't wait to see the Murray vs. Djokovic match up!! Not too sure who I am pulling for yet?!?
And Congrats to the Bryan brothers for winning the doubles! Go USA!!

I think I'll pull for Andy Murray. It's rather sad America doesn't have very many representatives these days in the top echelons of professional tennis. However, congrats to the Bryan Brothers.

I enjoyed watching the Clijsters/Na match, it was amazing and good for Kim. Glad she is starting to break through in majors other than the US Open.

Hopefully our Lady Flames will be feeling better by the end of the day.

Hi Everyone!
Well, I do not have much to report... sorry about that!
I do know that our Lady Flames lost to Appalachian State tonight
I don't know the line-up, however I do know that Jordan Jenkins was one of our sick gals and she did not play singles. Cameron filled in at the #1 spot and lost
Cameron won her doubles but I don't know if Jordan was her partner... just don't know.
I am hoping that ATrain might be able to fill in the many blanks.

Liberty vs. West Virginia Match is currently in progress!
We won ALL the doubles points and 2 singles so far
#2, Cameron Richard 6-3, 6-3
#4, Alexandra Sheeran (Allie)
Allie is the newest addition to the team, she comes to Liberty from Savannah Georgia and arrived on campus in January!

4 matches are still on... could be tight, I think we need just one more singles win to secure the match!
Jordan was able to play at #1 today, but I am not too sure how she is feeling. She was unable to play yesterday!
I will keep everyone posted!!! Come On Flames!!!

Go Lady Flames!!! And thanks tennisfan for keeping us updated. Prior committments prevented me from going to the App State/WVU matches and will probably keep me from going to the men's match at App State, but there are some I should make it to as well nearly all the home matches.

Also glad to hear Allie was able to make it to campus in January.
