What is most impressive about this start is there is room for improvement. Conference road games are always difficult to win. Hopefully, the team will continue to improve and reach peak performance during tournament time.

I see that too TTL, but as has been said ad nauseum ad infinitum the last couple days, no matter how we play (although we would like to see the boys play better), the only numbers that are important are the ones that show the score and the time left as 0:00.0 and if we are up when that happens then we may not have played great all the time but we played great enough to get the win.

Im also glad that there isnt anyone out there going "Hey, we need to play better so that TTL guy on the message board will like us and so we can prove him wrong..."

Well it may have made you shake your head but its true...Id love to see the guys do better but like I said after the G-W win, it doesnt matter if we go 1-13 from 3 or 13-13 from 3, if we have 26 turnovers or 6, if we shoot 75% from the free throw line or 25%. The only numbers that matter when the clock reads all zeroes are the numbers for the score.

I agree completely. It's frustrating to see us not execute. But it's on the road, early in the season. As the team gets into the swing of things, IF we improve, we're looking VERY good.

There is room for improvement. But there is talent, and there is leadership. We have 2 home games up next, CSU and CCU. Those are a good test of where we're at. If we get back to valuing the ball a bit more at Vines, we'll be doing very well in conference, because we can win if we take care of the ball.

Returning students start flowing in on the 14th. First game with everybody back is Jan 20 against VMI

Most students will be back sunday the 16th. I know for sure my roommates and I will be front row for the VMI game like we always are. Hope they hype this up in convo so we can get a ton of students to come out. My roommates and I always try to get as many people from our dorm to come.
