This thread is old I know...But it's time for me to move out of this dang apt. I hear Liberty's apt's are for married or grad students. anyone know how much the 2 BR units are???

The cheapest housing is the "apartments," which there are five. Small units, with one long communal hall to enter each residence. There is no covered parking. I think that they go for $575.

We live in one of the "town homes" which are larger (over 1200 sf + a garage). Our rent is $700.

Garbage collection is included, but all other utilities are on your own.

Dude, you do know that's basically a house payment, right?

Don't try telling him you should buy a house. So many other things you need to think about. But yes 700 could get you 125k assuming you put 20% down but so much more goes into it.
