Answer to question 4: It was an artistic decision. By having a 2 sided roof on the elevator towers, it will now appear as if 2 majestic eagles are purched upon the top of the building with wings unfurled.

The question I have is:

Is there another layer to the roof besides what is mostly on now? That looks like a brown rubber, while the artist rendering to me looks like a blue type of roof. The brown just doesn't go with the blue and red seats.

It's a typical steel roof. I think that's all you get. It looks black in person. I think it'll mimic what the bookstore across the street looks like.

The LU guys are doing all the cabling in the press box they have it all pulled on the top floor now waiting to be allowed in to the 4th and 3rd floor.
