and 2 CHP officers died Sunday in separate incidents, 3 total over the last week out there.

its not been a good month.

just heard about this myself since I am currently not there..my wife told me about it on the phone and told me going to work this morning was a nightmare...the saddest part of the whole story is one of the cops had a pregnant wife and she went into labor shortly after she got the news...he never saw his kid be born...the coward shot them both in the head...so sad...and all of this because he didn't want to get arrested for check fraud...

wow...from my understanding they are still looking for the guy...

well that would explain being so scared of cops...but to be it will never make sense to kill cops...why tick off the people that will be watching over you when you get caught?? but they are criminals, so they don't quite think logically...

Yeah, this was so sad. I was out and about on the day of the funeral, so I caught glimpses of the procession/recession. Crazy that the killer turned himself in the night before. Didn't see that coming.
