So, is this up to 5 levels now? That's what it looks like to me.

Once you get out of the rust belt, it is tough to find a union sign these days. And they are non-existent in places that are growing. You connect the dots.

The further along this construction project goes the more it starts to take your breath away. I'm glad the construction has reached this far with the prospects coming into town for camps. It will have a great influence on them.

I know it's supposed to be as tall, maybe a little taller than the light poles, but it looks like there are 3 cutouts for the elevator opening. I was assuming there was one for each floor.

Other pictures have the lights above the building. but either way we still need to take into account the roof will put more height on it.

An appreciation jobsite barbecue was held on Tuesday, June 15, for workers on the Williams Stadium expansion, the $16 million project now under way that will add 6,600 new seats and a new press box, luxury suites and banquet room.

Branch & Associates Inc. of Roanoke, Va., the general contractor, hosted the barbecue for the workers, and also invited several Liberty staff involved in the project, from planners to athletics, technical production, electrical and HVAC personnel.

Is that a new number? My faulty memory thought it was going to be closer to 9,000 new seats.

That same article references:
The three-story press box building
But that's now 5 stories, isn't it?

The 2nd level is under the top deck and the 1st level is underground. Remember?

It will be an addition of 6,600 seats. This according to the Liberty Champion released on July 28, 2009. Here is a link to that publication:

Let it be known that the writers of the Champion have no idea what sports are, or at least football.

False.
I thought that I had read this on this board. Stating that that's where the to lower decks would be. Sorry for the misinformation.

If you look at the drawings in my sig, you'll notice a ground level and a 2nd level where the upper deck entrances are located. Then you have the three stories of the pressbox structure. At least that is my understanding.

the concrete for the seating areas is moving right along. there is a bit of a gap in two of the sections but that is probably for club seating and those will go in after the rest of the concrete sections are put in
