Ya, but it won't be finished until 2011. From the sounds of it, the construction crews will continue working on it throughout the season.... But for 2010, they will not have improved their seating capacity by much at all.

It hasn't really hit people yet that the press box/suite tower will be larger and more opulent than many FBS, let alone FCS.

I think the pictures dont do it justice. I for one look at them and just ask "how big is this thing really?". I hope it is going to be "large" and on par with some of the bigger FBS schools when the expansion is all said and done. :D

Agreed. As on many University campus' the football stadium defines the landscape of the entire university. We have three big cornerstones the future Williams Stadium, Demoss, and snowflex.

I cant wait to drive back onto campus next semester, and see this beautiful stadium nearly finished.

PS: I havent posted on here in a while, but I'm back! Go Flames.

One thing that has certainly helped (knock on wood) is the fact that other than the snow end of last year/beginning of this year we havent had much in the way of ill weather to really set work back

Id say more the lodge than the snowflex itself thinking about it if you could have a cornerstone structure up there

Is that true or are you joking? I've been wondering what kind of traffic it gets. Seems like it needs to be marketed a little more regionally.

It gets very little traffic up there. Whenever I've been up there have been more looking around than actually using it. And most that do use it are college students and don't have to pay for it.
