It's actually a pretty good throwing motion from a mechanical standpoint. You just don't see it very often. He did have a tendency to drop his arm down before bringing it up to release the ball.

Very good hands for a TE...reminds me of Jason Witten or Dallas Clark how they had him split out like a receiver on a few plays...I like his ability to take on ends and seal the edge for his back...I liked his ability to get into the soft spot in coverage as well...

Glover could be a tight end prospect to kind of keep in your peripheral on the recruiting trail. He needs development, but can help move the chains as a target in the passing game and with work could contribute as a blocker. He does not have great size, but has solid height. He will need to add bulk to help him as an in-line player. He may lack some in measureables, but the kid is not a bad pass catcher. He has good hands and will consistently extend for the ball and not let it get into his frame. He does a good job of tracking the ball and displays good concentration. He will go up and compete for the ball. Displays good body control and balance to be able to adjust to the bad ball and also stay on his feet. He has good straight-line speed. You would not label him a field stretching threat, but the kid can run well. After the catch he will fight for yards, but not overly elusive. He is best at this point as a receiver, but has experience as an in-line blocker. He will battle to get the job done, but at this point his blocking is more effort then anything and he will need to add size and improve technique. Glover is not a bad tight end prospect. He lacks some in certain areas, but the kid can be a productive pass catcher and potentially develop into a good well-rounded tight end.

Team is off to 3-0 start, all against 4A teams. Glover has 4 catches for 80+ yards and 2 TDs. Team is only 10-21 passing, much success with the option running game. Hear he has graded out at 90% or better each week on his blocking with a bunch of pancakes. Also playing some OLB. Has The Citadel offer and hearing most from Elon, Wofford, Presbyterian, Coastal, Furman.
