I like to think he was speaking figuratively. It helps me sleep at night. The stuff before the minute mark was pretty absurd too.

WOW! Videos like this explain how some of the crazy things in Washington get done.

For those that were curious, I googled the square mileage of Guam and there are 212 square miles on the island. Hank should know that any island that has more than 100 square miles is not in jeopardy of tipping over due to overpopulation.

A friend sent me this link earlier on Facebook. Usually I delete that kind of stuff but for whatever reason I clicked on it. HILARIOUS, extremely sad, but HILARIOUS. I would have loved to have been an admiral not worried about PC because I would've looked right at Rep. Johnson and said "No crap...you actually think Guam might CAPSIZE? What the frick are you talking about, sir?
